Centric Project is a training program that upskills tertiary school leavers and unemployed youth with both Technical and Non-technical (soft skills).

It is an interactive and practical training that makes individuals self-aware of their natural gifts, abilities, and potential. The training seeks to change perspectives about work and life, boosts personal confidence through its hands-on approach, and imparts transferable business skills which will transform any young professional into a valuable, polished professional ready for the job market.

Our methodology involves a series of high-impact training sessions and exercises that replicate real-life work scenarios to acclimatize young professionals to workplace dynamics. Our approach is designed to make individuals conscious of things that may obstruct career and personal advancement, and at the same time give strategies for how to succeed in any postings.

Our vision is to have a world where young people can access meaningful work through upskilling. We are working towards this by partnering with organizations to create an apprenticeship ecosystem where our Centric alumni are linked on internship and job placement.
